Fees and later implementation
How the work is paid for
Continuity diagnosis and architecture are professional engagements. Later specialist work or financial-product implementation has its own scope, responsibilities and commercial arrangements.
Diagnosis and architecture fees
Fees are paid to Continuity Charter Partners LLP and are tailored to the agreed engagement scope. Scope, fees, terms and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before formal work begins.
A Diagnostic does not automatically extend into architecture, coordination or product implementation. Any further mandate is separately agreed.
Later specialist or product work
Additional professional fees may apply for specialist services. Product-related remuneration can include commissions paid by providers.
Any later financial-product implementation is separately agreed and handled through the appropriately authorised person or entity. Applicable disclosures, suitability processes and commercial terms are separate from the Diagnostic.
Before agreeing later work, clarify: who will provide it, what fees or provider commissions may apply, what authorisation is required, and which disclosures and terms govern that activity.
The starting review does not presume a product, provider or new funding arrangement. The family remains free to use the findings with its existing appointed advisers.
