The website is hosted through GoDaddy. Website requests are submitted through Contact Form 7, delivered to the practice by email and retained in a restricted WordPress database backup for up to 90 days to protect against mail-delivery failure. Optional Google Analytics and GoDaddy measurement are used to understand website use when you allow Analytics in Cookie settings.

This policy is intended to provide a clear and proportionate explanation of the website’s information practices. It should be read together with any separate engagement terms agreed where professional work proceeds.

A restricted database copy is retained for up to 90 days to protect against mail-delivery failure, after which the submission and its associated form contact record are scheduled for deletion.

The database copy is accessible only through authorised WordPress administration. Notification emails, correspondence and any records created after a request may be retained separately in the practice’s email and business systems in accordance with this policy.

Submitting a request does not automatically add you to a newsletter or promotional mailing list.

5. Communications

We may contact you through the method you select, including email, telephone or WhatsApp.

For an initial enquiry, provide broad circumstances only. Before sharing documents later, agree the purpose, necessary records, named recipient and sending method. Check any unexpected request or changed upload instruction with the practice through contact details you already use.

If a transaction requires documents to be uploaded to a provider's system, confirm the provider, the requested records and the upload instructions first. Any sharing with a covering partner or another professional should follow the agreed scope and information-sharing arrangements.

Messages sent through email, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms are also subject to the privacy and security practices of those providers.

• Embedded media: YouTube players and thumbnails load only when you enable this category. Loading them connects your browser to YouTube/Google, which may use its own cookies and similar technologies. Direct YouTube links remain available.
• Advertising preferences: This choice controls advertising storage and personalisation consent signals sent to Google when its tag is enabled. It does not add advertising scripts.

A first-party cookie remembers your choices in this browser for up to 180 days. The preference record is stored in your browser; this control does not send consent logs to CookieYes.
