Family Continuity Architecture is the specialist advisory practice personally led by Sandeep N. Setty and conducted through Marvella Global Financial Services, Bengaluru.

The practice works with business families on continuity diagnosis, architecture, professional coordination and implementation governance across ownership, control, liquidity, succession, family governance and documentation.

The practice does not replace the family’s appointed lawyers, Chartered Accountants, trustees, bankers, investment professionals or other specialists. Each professional remains responsible for advice and execution within their discipline.

A diagnostic or architecture engagement is not conditional on purchasing a financial product, appointing a particular provider or transferring an existing professional relationship.

Legal, tax, fiduciary, investment and regulated-product advice or implementation is undertaken only by the appropriately qualified or authorised professional or entity.

Where Sandeep, Marvella or an associated licensed entity may participate in an implementation option or receive compensation, that role and any material commercial interest are disclosed before the family decides.

Before work begins, the family receives clarity on the agreed scope, professional fee, information requirements, expected timeline, written outputs, professional responsibilities and applicable confidentiality terms.

Sandeep is the practice lead. Marvella Global Financial Services is the firm through which the practice is conducted.
